The firm had temporarily suspended affiliate payouts due to administrative issues. It now confirms that affiliates can request the full amount they are owed. The Funded Trader Re-Enables Affiliate Payouts & New System
In the announcement, The Funded Trader revealed that all orders associated with refunds and chargebacks have been removed. This ensures that affiliates only receive commissions for valid transactions. Going forward, the firm will implement a daily process to exclude orders affected by refunds or chargebacks from commissions. This will help maintain a smooth experience for all affiliates.
The Funded Trader also reminded affiliates that referred orders will not be eligible for withdrawal until 30 days after order completion. This waiting period is necessary to allow the firm to monitor for any potential chargebacks or refunds.
Affiliates with eligible commissions can now request their payouts directly through their dashboard. The firm has also announced that it is allocating funds to address any backlogs, particularly those tied to operations, before March 2024. It also acknowledged the patience of affiliates, especially those waiting for larger amounts, including sums exceeding $20,000. The firm is working to clear these backlogs as efficiently as possible.
Additionally, The Funded Trader has introduced a new payout system that allows affiliates to request payouts anytime through the dashboard, with a 48-hour processing window on each request. This update provides greater flexibility and faster access to earned commissions, improving the overall experience for affiliates.
