The Funded Trader has revealed a detailed plan to address outstanding account issues and payouts from early 2024. TFT announced that it will begin the gradual release of accounts owed from purchases made before March 2024, starting next month. Traders owed $100,000 accounts will receive coupons allowing them to restart their trading journey. Participants will have the option to resume their previous challenge type from phase 1 or switch to the firm’s new “Knight Pro” challenge, which offers the advantage of anytime payouts.
TFT March 2024 Accounts Release & Payouts by December 2024
The company is ready to complete all account releases by December 2024. In addition to this, The Funded Trader reassured traders awaiting payouts requested earlier in the year. According to the announcement, these balances will undergo an audit, and traders will be issued new funded accounts equivalent to the owed amounts. However, these accounts will remain disabled for trading until the traders complete a fresh KYC verification and sign a new trader agreement. Once these steps are completed, traders will be able to submit their withdrawal requests via Rise, the platform the firm is using to manage payouts.
Furthermore, The Funded Trader plans to conduct a full review of trader bans from the past 18 months once the account restorations and payouts are complete. This review is to ensure fairness and resolve any outstanding cases.
