1) They have started adding an additional MT5 demo server. This should free up a bit of bandwidth on the server.

2) They will also start using their demo 4 MT4 server soon.

3) My Forex Funds has the C-Trader platform; they will not release it until their dashboard update is released, as it requires a few things to function correctly. They shared that they do not wish to rush the release to avoid problems as they have limited experience working with the C-broker systems. The firm also has to do some bridge testing. This will ensure the order routing is correct and that there is limited/no delay in order processing. No ETA on release yet, but not too far away

4) They shared that they have had significant growth over the last three months. Far more than forecast. It has created queues in live chat. Their front-end team is working around the clock to rectify that quickly.

5) A few of their backend processes have been automated, and a release has been issued internally today. It will help speed up payout processing time, specifically related to crypto, and will help eliminate as many errors as possible

6) My Forex Funds mailing system had issues. They have put in their backup plan and built a new primary system. They will release in the next 2-3 days. This will, hopefully, lower the number of emails that end up in Junk.

7) And last but not least, My Forex Funds is back talking to paysafe, which operates skrill.
