DT4X Trader increasing prices on all 3 account sizes

DT4X Trader has increased its prices for the 3 different accounts sizes. The price increased by $70 for each of the trading accounts:

1. $10,000 account has been increased from a $275 one-time fee to a $345 one-time fee.
2. $25,000 account has been increased from a $395 one-time fee to a $465 one-time fee.
3. $50,000 account has been increased from a $575 one-time fee to a $645 one-time fee.
