VanquishTrader Rapid Elite: Rules, Fees and Payouts

Home » VanquishTrader Rapid Elite: Rules, Fees and Payouts

The VanquishTrader Rapid Elite program gives options traders a one-step evaluation with a 9% profit target, 3% maximum drawdown, and no time limit. Its end-of-day drawdown model may appeal to traders who prefer not to have their loss limit rise with every intraday equity high. However, a 50% daily consistency rule, recurring monthly fees, and specific payout conditions make the program more demanding than its headline evaluation target might suggest.

Rather than requiring traders to complete multiple assessment stages, Rapid Elite focuses on meeting its profit target while staying within defined risk parameters. Passing the evaluation unlocks a Performance Account, where traders can request payouts after meeting the applicable requirements.

VanquishTrader Rapid Elite Evaluation Rules

According to the firm’s official evaluation rules, traders must achieve a 9% profit target on closed trades and keep their best trading day’s profit below 50% of total profit.

The program has no fixed deadline or formal minimum trading-day requirement. However, the consistency rule effectively requires at least three trading days to pass. Open-position gains do not count toward the profit target until trades are closed.

The main evaluation requirements are:

  • Profit target: 9% of starting equity.
  • Maximum drawdown: 3% of starting equity.
  • Drawdown method: End-of-day trailing drawdown.
  • Daily consistency: Best day’s profit must represent less than 50% of total profit.
  • Minimum trading days: None formally, although the consistency rule requires at least three.
  • Time limit: None.
  • Daily loss limit: No separate daily loss limit.
  • Trading permissions: Long calls and long puts only.
  • Position closure: All positions must be closed by 3:59 p.m. EST.

These conditions favor traders who can produce repeatable directional trades rather than relying on a single outsized winning session.

How End-of-Day Drawdown Changes Risk Management

The defining feature of Rapid Elite is its end-of-day drawdown calculation. The loss limit moves upward after market close based on the highest end-of-day equity, rather than adjusting immediately whenever the account reaches a new intraday high.

For example, on a $100,000 account, the initial maximum drawdown is $3,000, placing the starting loss limit at $97,000. If the account closes a trading day at $102,000, the loss limit rises to $99,000. An intraday high of $103,000 would not independently push the limit higher if the account subsequently closed at $102,000.

This distinction gives traders more room to manage intraday fluctuations than a real-time trailing model might allow. It does not eliminate breach risk, however. The loss limit still applies throughout the trading day, including to open-position equity, and it never moves downward after a losing session.

Traders should also avoid treating the absence of a separate daily loss limit as permission to take larger risks. The overall drawdown remains narrow at just 3%, so a small number of adverse trades can consume a substantial portion of the available loss allowance.

The 50% Consistency Rule Can Delay Qualification

Rapid Elite does not allow a single profitable day to account for half or more of total profits. If a trader reaches the 9% target but fails the consistency test, the evaluation is not automatically breached. The trader must continue trading until the ratio falls below 50%.

Consider a $50,000 account, where the target is $4,500. If the trader earns $2,600 on the best day and has $4,600 in total net profit, the best day represents approximately 56.5% of the total. Despite reaching the profit target, the trader must generate additional net profit to satisfy the consistency rule.

This requirement affects strategy selection. Traders who rely on occasional large gains may need more time to qualify than those who generate steadier results across several sessions. Losing days can also make compliance harder because they reduce total net profit without reducing the best day’s profit.

The rule is therefore not just an evaluation checkpoint. It influences position sizing, profit-taking, and the decision to continue trading after reaching the target.

Rapid Elite Pricing and Reset Costs

VanquishTrader bills Rapid Elite accounts monthly, with pricing varying by account size.

Account sizeMonthly feeReset fee
$10,000$99$45
$50,000$299$149
$75,000$449$225
$100,000$599$299
$150,000$699$349

The recurring fee deserves particular attention. Traders must continue paying while the evaluation remains active, and the monthly charge also continues after qualification for a Performance Account for as long as that account stays active.

The reset option lets traders restart a breached account at the same size without waiting for the next billing date. While this provides a faster route back into trading, repeated resets can increase the total cost of an evaluation. Traders should consider the likely duration of their assessment and their reset budget before choosing an account tier.

Performance Account Payout Rules

Passing the evaluation does not mean profits from the evaluation itself become withdrawable. Payout eligibility begins on the Performance Account, where Rapid Elite has no additional profit target but retains its consistency requirement.

According to the firm’s Performance Account rules, traders need at least $250 available to withdraw and daily consistency below 50% to request a payout. The firm permits requests at most once every three trading days because the consistency calculation resets after each payout. Only one payout request per day is permitted across all accounts.

Traders do not have to reach the account’s buffer before requesting a payout. Nevertheless, withdrawing profits reduces account equity while leaving the loss limit unchanged, potentially bringing the account closer to a breach.

The buffer sits 5.75% above starting equity. Once the account closes at or above that level, the loss limit locks at 2.75% above starting equity. Reaching the buffer is not a prerequisite for requesting a payout, but understanding how withdrawals affect the remaining drawdown room is essential for preserving an account.

Is Rapid Elite Suitable for Options Traders?

Rapid Elite may suit traders who specialize in buying calls or puts, prefer end-of-day drawdown adjustments, and can generate profits consistently across multiple sessions. Its unlimited evaluation period removes deadline pressure, while the one-step structure avoids a second assessment phase.

The restrictions matter just as much as the flexibility. The program does not permit selling options to open, multi-leg strategies, margin use, or overnight positions. All positions must be closed by 3:59 p.m. EST, so traders need a strategy compatible with those execution limits.

The economics also require careful consideration. A higher account size carries a higher monthly commitment, and traders who take longer to qualify or need resets may pay substantially more than the initial fee alone suggests. The payout consistency rule and unchanged loss limit after withdrawals add further reasons to plan account management beyond simply reaching the evaluation target.

For traders whose approach fits these constraints, Rapid Elite offers a clearly defined route from evaluation to a Performance Account. Its suitability ultimately depends on whether their strategy can meet the profit target while preserving drawdown room and maintaining consistent results.
