VanquishTrader has issued an update after a widespread system outage left traders dealing with account inconsistencies, delayed metrics, and concerns over loss-limit breaches.
In a statement shared with users, the firm said that its systems are “gradually coming back online” as technical services continue to be restored. During the recovery process, VanquishTrader identified a large number of trading accounts that exceeded their permitted loss limits while the platform remained accessible because of the reported disconnect.
The firm said its support team is currently processing hundreds of tickets linked to multiple operational problems caused during the outage period. Among the issues reported by traders were accounts remaining active after breaching daily or overall drawdown limits, delayed or missing trading metrics, and reset functions that continued to operate despite restrictions that should have disabled them.

VanquishTrader also acknowledged discrepancies involving previous-day trades, profit calculations, consistency metrics, and evaluation pass statistics. The firm stated that staff members are actively reviewing the affected accounts and working to resolve matters “as quickly and fairly as possible.”
As support requests continue to rise, VanquishTrader urged traders not to submit duplicate tickets or spam support channels, warning that repeated requests only increase processing delays for all users. The firm added that it would not tolerate abusive messages or threats directed at support employees or the company itself.
According to the statement, the firm will immediately close communications that use threatening behavior to demand compensation, free accounts, or additional concessions.
The outage has triggered frustration among some traders, particularly those participating in evaluation-based funded account programs where drawdown limits and consistency metrics directly affect account status and payouts.
VanquishTrader did not specify the cause of the outage or provide a timeline for full system restoration. However, the firm said efforts remain focused on stabilizing infrastructure, restoring account accuracy, and resolving outstanding support cases as normal operations resume.
