I traded with Trueforexfunds, passed all the challenges “phases” got my live account and made profit with them then they blocked my account after accepting my withdraw request, they are a SCAM, you wont get your profit share they wont send you your profits, I recommend you not to trade with them.
Based on your complaint, you were apparently using an EA or signals from other people which they do not allow. One of their rules is that you are allowed to work with $400k capital per trading strategy. This means that if more traders use the same EA or the same signal provider, the strategy can exceed $400k which is a violation. You should note that True Forex Funds are legitimate and are paying their traders on a regular basis. You should contact True Forex Funds on their email: [email protected] to get an explanation of why your account got violated and blocked.
