The Trading Pit has officially launched its first-ever Stocks Challenge, aimed at traders eager to prove their skills in U.S. equity markets under fair, transparent rules and with a fast-track payout opportunity.
Designed to simulate real market experience, the challenge is accessible for an entry fee of €119 / $119 and provides participants with a $25,000 simulated trading account on the Volumetrica platform, available via both web and desktop. The goal is straightforward: achieve a $1,750 profit (7%) within 60 days, all while staying within a $1,250 total drawdown (5%) and a $500 daily loss limit.
The Trading Pit First-Ever Stocks Challenge for Equity Traders
Participants have to trade for a minimum of 3 days and must meet a set of risk-managed criteria to qualify for progression into the Earning Phase, where a 70/30 payout split applies. To further support trader flexibility, The Trading Pit offers optional Reset (€95) and Extend (€119) features, allowing users to restart or extend their challenge by an additional 60 days.
The firm has also introduced clearly defined trading guidelines. All trades must remain open for at least one minute and yield a minimum gain of $0.10 per share. Daily profits must be consistent, with no single day contributing more than 40% to the total profit. Eligible stocks must average at least 200,000 in daily volume, and all positions must be closed 10 minutes before the market closes. Additionally, traders must record at least three separate days with profits of $100 or more to unlock their first payout.
The Risk Team at The Trading Pit actively monitors for high-frequency and prohibited trading practices, ensuring integrity and fair competition across the board.
