PipFarm payout cap removal marks a significant change to the firm’s withdrawal structure, giving traders the opportunity to receive progressively larger payouts without the previous $5,000 ceiling. Effective November 1, 2026, the change applies to newly purchased accounts, replacing a fixed maximum with a system that increases the payout cap by 1% after every successful payout.
For funded traders who consistently generate profits, this could make PipFarm’s funding programs more attractive over the longer term. Rather than facing the same withdrawal ceiling regardless of trading progress, eligible traders can now work towards higher payout limits as they continue receiving payments.
PipFarm Removes the $5,000 Payout Ceiling
CEO James Glyde announced the change during a livestream, confirming that the previous $5,000 payout cap has been removed for accounts purchased from November 1. Under the updated arrangement, the payout cap increases by 1 percentage point with every payout, with no stated maximum.
This is an important distinction. The new structure does not simply raise the existing cap to another fixed amount. Instead, it introduces a progressive mechanism that allows the permitted payout percentage to grow over successive withdrawal cycles.
PipFarm has also confirmed that another change is in development. A new optional Add-On will allow traders to increase their first payout cap to either 4% or 5%. The firm has not yet announced its release date or pricing, so traders should wait for the full terms before factoring it into their account costs.
How the New Payout System Benefits Consistent Traders
The removal of the cap is particularly relevant for traders who generate profits consistently but prefer to withdraw their earnings regularly. A fixed payout ceiling can become restrictive once an account produces larger profits, potentially forcing traders to leave more money in the funded account than they would otherwise choose.
With the revised system, every successful payout contributes to a higher withdrawal limit. This creates an additional incentive to maintain a sustainable trading approach and remain active with the firm. It also gives experienced traders a clearer progression beyond simply passing an evaluation and securing a funded account.
PipFarm already operates an XP-based reward system that allows traders to unlock additional benefits through trading milestones. These include higher profit shares, reduced minimum withdrawal requirements, improved leverage and more frequent payouts. The uncapped payout progression adds another long-term incentive to this existing structure.
First Payout Add-On Could Offer More Flexibility
The upcoming Add-On is another interesting development. Allowing traders to select a first payout cap of 4% or 5% could provide greater flexibility for those who want access to a larger withdrawal earlier in their funded journey.
However, traders should consider the eventual Add-On price alongside the account purchase cost. Its value will depend on the additional withdrawal flexibility it provides and whether the trader can realistically generate enough profit to benefit from the higher initial limit.
The November 1 eligibility date also deserves attention. Traders purchasing accounts before that date should not assume they qualify for the new arrangement. Anyone considering an account should confirm the applicable payout terms directly with PipFarm before purchasing.
What This Means for PipFarm Traders
PipFarm offers four funding options: Two-Step Evaluation, One-Step Static Evaluation, One-Step Trailing Evaluation and Instant Funding. Its existing payout structure includes different withdrawal conditions depending on the selected program, alongside XP-based opportunities to unlock more favourable terms.
Removing the $5,000 ceiling strengthens the firm’s proposition for traders focused on long-term account performance. Importantly, an uncapped payout limit does not mean unlimited withdrawals regardless of account performance. Traders must still generate eligible profits and comply with the relevant drawdown, payout and risk management requirements.
For traders evaluating funding programs, the change makes the withdrawal structure an important part of the comparison rather than focusing exclusively on evaluation fees and profit splits.
