MyForexFunds Continues Reward Payments as Final Phase Nears

Home » MyForexFunds Continues Reward Payments as Final Phase Nears

MyForexFunds reward payments are continuing as the prop firm works through outstanding trader claims and moves closer to what it describes as the final phase of its recovery process. The latest update is particularly relevant for former traders still waiting for rewards to previous payout obligations, as the firm says response times from traders themselves are now affecting how quickly individual cases can be complete.

MyForexFunds reward payments continue as the firm moves toward its final phase, asking traders to respond quickly to support requests.

MyForexFunds Continues Reward Payments as Final Phase Nears

For traders who have been waiting since the firm’s 2023 shutdown, the development marks another step in a process that has stretched across several years. MyForexFunds says it is prioritizing the current group of traders already in communication before moving on to others who have remained patient during the recovery.

MyForexFunds Says Reward Payments Are Still Being Disbursed

In its latest communication, MyForexFunds said that rewards are continuing to be disbursed and that its team is working to complete the current phase as quickly as possible.

The firm specifically asked traders who are already communicating with its team to respond promptly to support tickets. According to the announcement, some traders are taking considerable time to answer requests for additional information, creating another bottleneck in the reward process.

That detail matters because the current system is not simply a blanket payout distribution. MyForexFunds has been contacting individual traders and requesting information where necessary before processing their rewards. The firm’s rewards form also warns that response times can take 7–14 days because of submission volumes.

The firm says the immediate objective is to finish this phase and then begin working with the wider group of traders who have been waiting.

Why This Phase Matters for Former MyForexFunds Traders

The current reward process stems from the extraordinary interruption of MyForexFunds’ business in August 2023. The firm was forced to halt operations after U.S. and Canadian regulatory actions froze its assets and disrupted its ability to operate and process payments.

The legal situation subsequently changed substantially. In the United States, the case brought by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission was ultimately dismissed with prejudice, while proceedings in Ontario resulted in the receivership being scaled back and most company assets being returned.

MyForexFunds’ own timeline records the return of assets in December 2025, followed by data access and analysis work before support channels reopened in March 2026.

That sequence explains why the current payout process looks very different from a conventional prop firm withdrawal queue. MyForexFunds has had to reconstruct access to historical information and trader records after a lengthy period in which the company’s systems and data were under receiver control.

The firm announced in February 2026 that it intended to honor outstanding 2023 payout requests following the legal developments and return of assets.

The Operational Challenge Behind the Reward Process

For traders, the most important point is that speed is now partly dependent on documentation and communication.

A conventional prop firm payout system can often rely on a live dashboard, account history, payment processor and established KYC records. MyForexFunds is dealing with historical claims from a business that lost operational access to its infrastructure for an extended period. That makes verification considerably more complicated.

The latest request for faster responses, therefore should not be simply as a customer-support reminder. Every unanswered ticket can leave a claim waiting for clarification, while complete responses give the company a better chance of closing individual cases and advancing the overall process.

There is also a practical lesson for former traders: check email inboxes, spam folders and previous support threads carefully. If MyForexFunds requests information, delaying a response could push an otherwise eligible reward further down the processing timeline.

MyForexFunds Is Using a Segmented Approach

The wording of the announcement suggests that MyForexFunds is deliberately processing traders in stages rather than attempting to resolve every historical case simultaneously.

That approach makes operational sense given the circumstances. Rebuilding historical account information, matching claims with records and communicating with individual traders creates a workload that needs handling more predictably through sequential phases.

It also gives traders a clearer indication of where the process stands. The firm says the current phase must be complete before it can move to the “final phase” and begin working with the remaining group of traders.

For former users, however, this also means that being outside the current communication group does not necessarily indicate that a claim has a rejection. The announcement specifically frames the next stage as work with traders who have been waiting until now.

The Payout Issue Is Bigger Than a Normal Prop Firm Withdrawal

Payout reliability has become one of the most important considerations when traders compare proprietary trading firms. Under a normal funding model, traders tend to focus on profit targets, maximum drawdown, consistency rules, payout frequency and profit splits when choosing an account.

The MyForexFunds situation highlights a different risk: operational continuity.

Even an attractive funding program can become inaccessible if a firm loses control of its payment infrastructure or operating systems. The MFF case is unusual because the shutdown followed regulatory and court action rather than a conventional business closure, but the experience still demonstrates why traders should evaluate more than headline account sizes or profit splits when assessing a prop firm.

For the wider industry, the episode also reinforces the value of transparent payout procedures and clear records. Traders need to know not only how they become eligible for a payout, but also what happens if a firm’s operating environment changes unexpectedly.

What Traders Should Do Now

Former MyForexFunds traders who have already entered the reward process should treat every support request as time-sensitive. Keeping identification, historical account information and relevant payout records readily available can reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.

The official rewards process is particularly important because accepting a reward comes with a release covering payment obligations connected to prior trading activity, pending payouts, account balances and profit splits. Traders should therefore read the terms carefully before accepting a reward, rather than treating the process as an ordinary withdrawal request.

MyForexFunds’ Next Test Is Execution

The legal developments have fundamentally changed the context surrounding MyForexFunds, but the company’s recovery will ultimately be judged by execution. The latest announcement is encouraging for former traders because it confirms that rewards are actively under process, while also acknowledging that the work is not yet complete.

The immediate priority is straightforward: finish the current group efficiently, maintain communication with claimants and move the remaining traders into the next phase. For those still waiting, the most useful action is equally straightforward, monitor communications closely and respond promptly when MyForexFunds requests information.
