Goat Funded Trader offers its Three-step Challenge for traders seeking access to funded capital while operating under structured risk parameters. The program is built to assess consistency, discipline, and the ability to manage drawdown across multiple stages rather than a single evaluation.
The Three-step Challenge gives participants access to account sizes ranging from $10,000 up to $200,000. Traders can operate with leverage of up to 1:100, allowing flexibility in position sizing while remaining subject to strict risk controls.
Inside Goat Funded Trader Three-step Challenge Program
During the first phase, traders must reach a 6% profit target. At the same time, they must not exceed a 4% maximum daily loss or an 8% overall maximum loss. There is no maximum time limit to complete the phase, which allows traders to proceed at their own pace. However, a minimum of three trading days is required before advancing to phase two.
Phase two mirrors the first stage in terms of targets and risk limits. Traders must again achieve a 6% profit target while respecting the same 4% daily loss and 8% maximum loss rules. There is no cap on the number of days allowed to complete the phase, but at least three trading days are required to move forward.
In phase three, traders must once more reach a 6% profit target under the same risk parameters. A minimum of three trading days is required before becoming eligible for funding.
After successfully completing all three phases, traders receive a funded account. At this stage, there is a $100 profit requirement, and traders must continue adhering to the 4% maximum daily loss and 8% maximum loss rules.
For traders who can demonstrate consistency across multiple stages, the transition to a funded account marks the final step. The structure rewards patience, controlled risk-taking, and the ability to perform under defined parameters.
