However, his excitement led to a painful lesson when he lost a significant amount in a single trade, a setback that would not deter him.
Ali emphasizes the importance of accountability in trading, stating, “In those first six months, there was no accountability. I blamed external factors for my losses instead of recognizing my own mistakes.” Through perseverance and a commitment to learning, he eventually honed his trading strategy.
The turning point for Ali came when he maintained an impressive 83% win rate during one month of trading. This success encouraged him to drop out of college and fully commit to his trading career. “I gave myself six months to make it work, and I knew I had to grind every day,” he explains.
In March 2023, Ali experienced his first payout of $5,000, a moment that solidified his belief in his trading abilities. “I felt like I was on Cloud Nine,” he recalls, noting that he treated his family to dinner to celebrate.
Since then, Ali has achieved extraordinary results, flipping an account from $5,000 to $131,000 within a year. He further surpassed his previous achievements by making an astounding $332,000 in profits in March 2024.
