E8 Markets has introduced a dashboard update to improve how traders connect their accounts to Discord. The firm announced that it has overhauled its dashboard connection system, allowing users to sync their accounts more smoothly and receive their designated roles faster than before.
According to the update, traders can now connect their accounts directly through the updated dashboard interface. To complete the process, users must navigate to “User Settings,” open the “Connections” tab, and select the “Connect with Discord” option. Once linked, the system automatically assigns roles based on each trader’s account status and progress within the firm.

The updated structure includes four tier-based roles. Level 1, labeled “Verified,” is assigned to users with a verified account. Level 2, “Strategy Tester,” applies to traders who have purchased an account. Also, Level 3, “Market Analyst,” is granted to those who have reached the Simulated Funded stage. Level 4, “E8 Trader,” is reserved for traders who have achieved a payout.
If roles do not appear immediately after linking accounts, users can manually refresh their status. The firm instructs traders to enter any Discord channel and type the command “!levelup” to trigger a system refresh.
E8 Markets also stated that a Discord connection will become mandatory for participation in future giveaways, competitions, and community-based games. The move signals a stronger integration between the firm’s internal dashboard and its Discord community infrastructure.
The update reflects a focus on automating community access based on trading milestones, reducing the need for manual role assignments and support intervention. By linking trading progress directly to Discord permissions, E8 Markets is reinforcing a tiered community structure tied to user activity and account achievements.
