Bryce, a 27-year-old trader from New York City, began his trading career in 2016 after attending a multi-level marketing event that introduced him to Forex trading. “I caught a good NAS move today, so it’s always a good day when you catch a winning trade,” Bryce shared, reflecting on his recent successes. “The rules made me better; they forced me to become a better trader. I never really had a plan before. I was trading just price action and might have had some Bollinger Bands on the chart.”
After several years of trial and error, Bryce found success using the 50 Exponential Moving Average (EMA) strategy, which simplified his trading approach. “Keeping it simple was key. The 50 EMA just clarified things for me,” he explained.
Also, in a remarkable achievement, Bryce flipped a $250 account to $14,000, marking a pivotal moment in his trading journey. He attributes this success to a combination of experience, the right strategy, and his commitment to continuous learning.
Today, Bryce utilizes a blend of the 50 EMA and the stochastic indicator to refine his trading decisions. “If the price is above the 50 EMA, I look to go long; if it’s below, I consider shorting. The stochastic helps me find optimal entry and exit points,” he elaborated.
